H-2B Program (Non-Agricultural)
The H-2B visa program is available to all types of employers and helps them take care of the recurring short-term, peak load, or special event based demands for additional workers.
The program allows non agricultural businesses to obtain foreign labor to fill temporary or seasonal positions. Under the H-2B Program, foreign workers are hired on a seasonal/special event basis and then return to their country of origin when the season/special event it's over.
